Minimum Stay: 7 Nights
Maximum Occupancy: 2 Persons
Rate: $195.00 (Double Occupancy)
*Minimum stay of 7 Nights required. Discounts for Extended Stays over 30 days.
Fees: Sales Tax of 2.5% and Bed Tax of 4%
*Sales & Bed Tax are levied by the Ketchikan Gateway Borough.
Restrictions: Absolutely no pets/no smoking on the premises.
Local Wildlife: Bald Eagles
Payment
Apple Pay or Zelle are acceptable forms of payment. Zelle is preferred and a 3% discount is given for Zelle Payments.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation. For 7-night stays, the reservation balance must be paid in full 14 days before arrival date. For stays of 8 nights or more, the reservation must be paid in full 30 days before the arrival date. Discuss payment with the Innkeeper to secure your visit dates.
Cancellation & Refunds
A change in a reservation that reduces the number of days originally reserved must be discussed with the Innkeeper as another reservation may have been denied based on an individual booking. Refunds within the deposit periods will be issued minus a 25% service charge for cancellations. Cancellation deadlines may vary depending on length of stay, but in general require at least two weeks advance notice. Please notify the Innkeeper immediately if you need to cancel and/or make changes. All refunds will be processed through Apple Pay or Zelle.
Cleaning Deposit at Booking
A non-refundable cleaning fee of $300 is assessed at booking for stays greater than 7 nights. (For cancelled reservations, the cleaning fee is refundable.)
