Rate: $195.00 (Double Occupancy)
*Minimum stay of 14 Nights required. Discounts for Extended Stays over 30 days.
Fees: Sales Tax of 2.5% and Bed Tax of 4%
*Sales & Bed Tax are levied by the Ketchikan Gateway Borough.
Restrictions: Absolutely no pets/no smoking on the premises.

Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation. For stays up to 20 days, the reservation balance must be paid in full 60 days before arrival. For stays of more than 21 days, the reservation must be paid in full 90 days before the arrival date. If other arrangements for payment have not been made, the balance due will be automatically charged to the credit card used for the initial deposit.
Cancellation & Refunds
A change of a reservation that reduces the number of days or number of units originally reserved is considered a cancellation. A refund will be issued minus a $175 or 4% service charge (whichever is higher) for cancellations made before the cancellation deadline. Cancellation deadlines vary depending on length of stay. Please notify us immediately if you have to cancel. After the cancellation deadline, NO REFUNDS are given unless we can rebook the canceled days.
